Kev tsim cov lag luam ntau ntawm cov kab mob lom neeg raug mob tshwm sim, ntau qhov chaw ua hauj lwm cov tshuaj lom neeg muaj roj ntau dua li lub teb chaws tus qauv, yog ib qho kev hem thawj rau cov neeg ua haujlwm ntawm lub cev. Txhawm rau tswj hwm cov teeb meem ntawm cov teeb meem lom neeg thiab teeb meem ntawm kev noj qab haus huv ntawm neeg ua hauj lwm thiab siv cov kev ntsuas zoo los tswj cov kev phom sij ntawm cov pa roj carbon dioxide, peb yuav tsum xub kuaj thiab soj ntsuam cov kab tsim, qhov xwm txheej thiab ntau npaum li cas cov pa phem thiab cov huab cua phem, Raws li cov roj ntes soj ntsuam, ntsuas cov kev ntsuas kom tswj tau, tswj tau cov huab cua phem.
1, sim, soj ntsuam kev ua haujlwm thaj chaw muaj pa taws thiab cov teeb meem ntawm cov pa roj carbon monoxide poov xab thiab cov concentration ntawm cov tshuaj lom thiab tsim kev puas tsuaj, coj cov kev ntsuas tsim nyog los tswj;
2, kev siv roj ntes cov cuab yeej siv rau hauv kev ntxuav ntawm cov tshuaj lom thiab cov pa roj carbon emissions nyob rau hauv cov concentration ntawm cov tshuaj lom thiab cov tshuaj lom neeg muaj roj, kev tshuaj xyuas, kev ntsuam xyuas ntawm kev ua kom huv, pom qhov teeb meem, kev txhim kho kom raws sij hawm, kom cov concentration of lom thiab teeb meem gases rau hauv cov cua kom ua tau raws li lub teb chaws tus qauv.
3, los tiv thaiv lub neej ntawm cov neeg ua haujlwm hauv thaj chaw muaj kev ruaj ntseg, xws li thaum muaj kev tawm tsam tuaj yeem hais qhia thawj zaug rau cov neeg ua haujlwm hauv tsev neeg kom khiav tawm qhov siab tshaj plaws kom muaj kev ruaj ntseg ntawm cov neeg ua haujlwm hauv qhov chaw ua haujlwm .
Qhov saum toj no yog kev soj ntsuam ntawm lub hom phiaj ntawm kev tshawb nrhiav txog kev ua kom muaj roj thiab cov teeb meem roj, kev ua haujlwm, kev tso pa mus rau qhov chaw ua haujlwm, huab cua phem thiab cov teeb meem tsis tsuas yog cuam tshuam ncaj qha rau kev nyab xeeb thiab kev noj qab haus huv ntawm tus neeg teb xov tooj, tab sis kuj paug thaj chaw ib puag ncig .
