Hauv kev cob qhia vuam, cov txheej txheem vuam tsim muaj ntau yam teeb meem gases thiab pa taws, ua rau kev xaiv cov khoom siv hluav taws xob tsim nyog tseem ceeb heev. Cov hauv qab no yog cov ncauj lus kom ntxaws txog yuav ua li cas xaiv lub ntsuas roj raws li cov peev txheej thiab cov yam ntxwv ntawm vuam rhiav rhiav pa roj.
1. Txhais lub hom phiaj nrhiav pom
Vuam rhiav cov pa roj carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), sulfur dioxide (SO2), cov teeb meem (PM), benzene tebchaw, nitrogen oxides, thiab ozone. Thaum xaiv cov khoom siv roj, lub hom phiaj nrhiav kom pom yuav tsum tau txiav txim siab raws li cov hom roj teeb uas yuav muaj nyob hauv lub rooj cob qhia. Piv txwv li, yog tias lub rooj cob qhia feem ntau ua cov pa roj carbon dioxide shielded vuam, lub hom phiaj yuav tsum tau kuaj xyuas CO, CO2, NO2, thiab benzene compounds.
2. Nkag siab txog Cov Qauv Ntsuas
Txhawm rau kom ntseeg tau tias qhov concentration ntawm cov pa phem hauv lub rhiav ua raws li cov qauv kev noj qab haus huv hauv lub tebchaws, nws yuav tsum nkag siab thiab paub txog cov kev txwv kev ua haujlwm rau cov pa phem cuam tshuam. Piv txwv li, GBZ2.1-2019 qhia txog PC-TWA (Time Weighted Average Permissible Concentration) thiab PC-STEL (Short-Term Exposure Permissible Concentration) rau CO, CO2, NO2, thiab benzene. Cov qauv no yuav ua raws li cov txheej txheem tseem ceeb rau kev xaiv qhov ntau, qhov tseeb, thiab lub tswb ntsuas lub ntsuas roj.
3. Xaiv hom kev ntes
Ntau5 Gas Detector: Rau ib puag ncig xws li vuam rhiav uas muaj ntau cov pa phem tuaj yeem tshwm sim, ntau yam -function gas detectors yog qhov tsim nyog dua. Piv txwv li, peb cov HFP-0401, HFP-0401(C), thiab HFT-0401 cov qauv yog cov khoom lag luam-qib tawg-pov thawj hauv online multi-function gas detectors uas tuaj yeem saib xyuas qhov concentration ntawm ntau cov roj hauv lub sijhawm, muaj cov duab thiab suab / pom kev ceeb toom ua haujlwm, thiab txhawb kev tswj xyuas cov ntaub ntawv yooj yim.
Plua plav Concentration Detector: Rau vuam fumes, ib tug tshwj xeeb plua plav concentration detector yuav tsum tau xaiv. Cov cuab yeej ntsuas no tuaj yeem saib xyuas qhov concentration ntawm vuam pa taws hauv lub sijhawm tiag tiag, thiab tseem muaj cov zaub, hnov / pom lub tswb, thiab cov ntaub ntawv tso tawm ua haujlwm los xyuas kom meej tias cov plua plav concentration hauv chav ua haujlwm raug tswj nyob rau hauv qhov chaw nyab xeeb.
4. Xav txog kev ua haujlwm ntawm tus ntes
Qhov tseeb thiab ruaj khov: Xaiv lub ntsuas roj nrog qhov tseeb thiab ruaj khov kom ntseeg tau qhov tseeb ntawm cov ntaub ntawv saib xyuas. Cov cuab yeej siv cov khoom siv txawv teb chaws feem ntau muab qhov tseeb dua thiab ruaj khov.
Tswb muaj nuj nqi: Lub ntes yuav tsum muaj siab thiab tsis tshua muaj siab concentration tswb zog. Thaum lub concentration ntawm cov pa phem los yog fumes siab tshaj tus qauv, nws yuav tsum tau muab ib lub suab ceeb toom thiab pom kev ceeb toom rau cov neeg ua hauj lwm kom ntsuas raws sij hawm.
Kev Tiv Thaiv Qib: Lub vuam rhiav ib puag ncig yog hnyav, yuav tsum muaj lub ntsuas ntsuas nrog kev tiv thaiv siab. Piv txwv li, lub tshuab ntes tau nruab nrog kev lag luam- qib aluminium alloy tiv thaiv lub plhaub tuaj yeem tiv taus qhov kub thiab txias, av noo, thiab lwm qhov chaw hnyav, kom ntseeg tau ntev - lub sijhawm ua haujlwm ruaj khov.
Cov ntaub ntawv tso zis thiab kev saib xyuas tej thaj chaw deb: Xaiv lub ntsuas ntsuas uas txhawb nqa 4-20 mA thiab RS485 teeb liab tso zis rau kev sib txuas yooj yim rau PLCs lossis lwm yam kev saib xyuas, ua kom cov ntaub ntawv xa mus rau cov chaw taws teeb thiab saib xyuas. Cov cuab yeej txhawb nqa cov ntaub ntawv xa xov wireless tuaj yeem txhim kho kev soj ntsuam zoo ntxiv.
5. Tom qab-Kev Pabcuam Muag Khoom thiab Kev Pabcuam: Xaiv lub hom lag luam nrog qhov zoo tom qab- kev pabcuam kev muag khoom kom paub meej raws sijhawm thiab kev pabcuam kev pabcuam thiab kev saib xyuas thaum siv. Tsis tas li ntawd, nkag siab txog lub voj voog txij nkawm thiab tus nqi ntawm lub tshuab kuaj xyuas kom paub meej ntev - lub sij hawm kev lag luam.
